The two components of rotation and calibrated temperature, give the opportunity to have full freedom during cooking. In skewer mode, you have the possibility to cook 3.5 kg of meat, and in the upper grill, at the same time , you can grill vegetables, polenta, and during cooking time, you can spend your time to other activities. In the grill mode, we have the possibility to use our bbq as a normal barbeque for cooking meat or fish. In assisted cooking, meat such as fiorentine, t-bones, beefsteacks, fish, ecc., must be controled during cooking process.
